Hire our Community Hall

Edmundsbury Court Estate Community Hall managed by the Tenants & Residents Association

Comprises main hall, toilets and entrance, and kitchen area with professional oven. The main hall is an open space, suitable for meetings, training, receptions etc. It can hold 60 people in theatre layout, 48 people in cabaret layout (6 round tables of 8), 30 people in classroom layout and 20 people in board room layout. The kitchen room is divided into the open kitchen area with a room large enough to host a meeting of 12 people.

GUEST PARKING
Guests from outside the estate must use the guest car park at the front of the estate, Ferndale Road side. There is no parking Monday - Friday 7am-7pm on the estate. Cars must be parked in a proper car park space. Failure to do so may incur a fine plus a deduction from your hire deposit.

For parties, both the main hall and the kitchen need to be booked, and you are unable to book the kitchen or main hall separately on a Saturday night.

PA system is included in the hire of the hall, no amplified music allowed

We proved an online booking service, and regret we are unable to take payments in cash or book the hall on your behalf. Please use the form below to view availability and book the hall to your required date and time. A £100 will be required to secure your booking  please see terms and conditions attachment below. The deposit is to ensure that terms and conditions are adhered too if not all or part will be retained.

RESIDENT RATE
Please note: members of the Edmundsbury TRA receive a resident rate if you register BEFORE booking – please email edmundsbury@icloud.com with your name, phone number, address and email address in order to register proof of address in the last 3 months will be required (registration implies that you sign up to be a member of the TRA if not already). You only need to register once to receive a continued resident rate.

If you want to have a look around the hall, please contact us via e-mail or phone.

We have a recorded music licence and are fully insured .We will put the heating on an hour before (if necessary) and open up and lock up for you. We may give you a security code to let yourself in, if no residents are available to open up for you.
